My eats for the day

I didn't get time today to do much of a workout, but I did walk almost 4 miles on lunch.  I jogged a little but didn't want to get too sweaty because I didn't have time to shower before going back. 

I'm really too tired to post an actual entry so I'll just post what I ate.

Breakfast:  Overnight Oats, bagel thin with butter and jelly, and coffee

Lunch:  Lean Cuisine chicken with veggies and a yogurt

Dinner: Stroganoff Hamburger Helper, salad and garlic bread

Snacks: Had a protein bar and a banana in the afternoon and an almond joy while I waited for dinner

Tomorrow is my road test.....wish me luck!
